Elitreach – Return & Refund Policy

At Elitreach, we provide digital educational products and online learning materials, including downloadable PDF guides and social media management course resources.

Because all products sold on our store are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business while aligning with payment processing standards such as Paystack Refunds Documentation.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Elitreach are non-physical digital products delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Once a PDF, guide, template, or course material has been successfully delivered or downloaded, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same product.
  • The customer did not receive the purchased file due to a verified technical issue.
  • The delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description before buying.
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after accessing/downloading the product.
  • Incorrect email address provided by the customer.
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software or technical knowledge.
  • Requests made after the product has been successfully delivered and accessed.

4. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must contact us with:

  • Proof of payment or transaction reference

Fraudulent chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Submission of proof of delivery to the payment processor
  • Account suspension where applicable
