The Gaggia Classic GT allows the espresso nerd to tinker with all sorts of features, from pre-set volumetric dosing, to group head overpressure and programmable pre-infusion. It even has handy features like an automatic wake-up time that you can control from its sleek interfaced comprised of toggle switches on the front and a TFT display and buttons on the top.

The Gaggia Classic GT feature set doesn't stop there though. Gaggia really has ensured that the GT has all the quality of life features a prosumer could want including a dedicated hot water wand (in addition to the steam wand), an adjustable drip tray (offering extra height for tall cups) and a group head pressure gauge.

We recommend using filtered (but not distilled) water in your Gaggia Classic (or any other) espresso machine. This will make sure that you're coffee tastes great and your machine lasts a long time by avoiding the buildup of limescale and sediment.
