Since its original production in 1995, Mazzer has consistently improved on the Mini’s compact yet full-featured design. It boasts the same 64mm, flat burrs as the global café benchmark, the Mazzer Super Jolly, for highly-consistent grinding. Controlled via an intuitive touchscreen interface, you can program the Mini’s time-based single and double shot doses within hundredths of a second. 

With a 350W asynchronous motor, the latest Mazzer Mini has a 50% faster grinding speed than the previous model, making it capable of grinding approximately 2-2.5 grams of coffee per second. To simplify your workflow when things get busy, hands-free dosing is activated with the switch near the fork. To adjust the Mini’s grind setting, the continuous, micrometric dial may be found at the base of the 600g bean hopper. This compact version of the Mazzer Mini is 45 mm shorter than the original, making it perfect for small cafés, mobile coffee carts or domestic kitchens for home baristas looking to elevate their grind.
